People, process and technology, continuously improved

Make transformation a culture, not a project.

Relentlessly serve your customers, enter new markets, and outpace competitors through continuous transformation of people, process, and technology — at scale. Your people and ours operate as one team. AI is woven in to accelerate process improvement and delivery, so when we leave, you keep the capability and the team that powers it.

What we do

We help companies build their own transformation engine.

It starts with your executives and a plan the business actually wants. It ends with your own team running what we built together. These are the six steps between.

01

Define the business outcome

We work with your executives to name what's blocking growth, how you outpace your competitors, and what has to change. The result is a written outcome the business owns — and the measure for everything that follows.

02

Identify the people

We identify who plays an active role in the transformation. If they're already in your company, good. If you need capacity, we add it locally — or build a team in a low-cost geography that's yours.

03

Measure and fix the process

We map how work gets done today and measure it: who decides, who waits, where it stalls. Then we fix what's slow, cut what's pointless, and address the rest through training and deliveries.

04

Build what the business needs

We determine the right solution for the job, build only what delivers a competitive advantage, and always prioritize pace of delivery through our use of AI.

05

Deliver every quarter

Training and delivery unify into a single workstream that produces business value. Every quarter, finished work lands while the larger changes take shape underneath.

06

Adjust continuously

We work with senior leadership throughout, measure what changed — the impact and the progress toward the business outcome — and make adjustments to stay on track.

Why it works

Three ways transformation fails.

And why we do it differently, so this one doesn't.

People

The people never arrive. Hiring lags, the plan slips, and the slip becomes the program.

People come first. We identify who's needed and build the capacity — in your company, locally, or in a low-cost geography that's yours.

Two people planning at a wall of notes
Process

The process stays the same. New systems land on old ways of working, and the old ways win.

We measure and fix the process before we build. Training and delivery are one workstream, so the new way is learned by doing it.

Technology

The technology is built and never used. Two years, one cutover, and nothing anyone can touch until then.

Something real is delivered every quarter. Only what gives you an advantage, at a pace AI makes possible — and the capability stays with your team.

Featured client · Zones LLC

A $3B company, and the transformation engine we built inside it.

Zones is a $3B IT solutions provider that set out to triple its business in five years. Twenty years of legacy processes and systems stood in the way, and had to be transformed to support that pace of growth.

Client highlights

Large-scale transformation, or one focused engagement.

Zones is the whole engine. These are pieces of it, done on their own — for a company making a market, and for one monetizing what it already had.

Wasmer · 2020 – 2022

A runtime developers loved, and a market that didn't exist yet

Wasmer had to make the enterprise market for WebAssembly, not just enter it. We defined the enterprise offer and its go-to-market, landed the first enterprise customers, and set up the sponsorship model that funds the open-source core.

Bugcrowd · two 90-day engagements, 2019 – 2020

A two-sided business sitting on data it wasn't using

Bugcrowd serves companies on one side and security researchers on the other, and held years of data from both. We built the strategy to monetize it without tipping that balance — the diagnosis leadership acted on, a data services roadmap, and a crowd management system its own engineers built.

Where to start

Start the conversation.

Tell us what's blocking growth — or, if you're not sure yet, we'll work that out with you. If we fit, we write the business case and execute it together.
